The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the project. This role involves implementing training programs, managing a team of trainers, managing partnerships with various organizations, and maintaining strong academic relations with college administrations. The candidate must have a strong background in skill development ecosystem, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing high-quality training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with various partners, including placement coordinators, college administration, and training partners.
- Program Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring alignment with requirement of the Qualification Packs.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including students, trainers, placement partners, and college administration.
- Student Enrolment: Manage the enrolment process, including application review, admission decisions, and documentation.
- Student Counselling and Guidance: Provide academic and career counselling to students, address their queries, and offer support.
- Student Attendance Monitoring: Monitor student attendance and take appropriate actions to improve attendance rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate in relevant field
- 5 years of experience in skill development/project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- CSR knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project. This role involves managing on-ground tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. The project coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining the MIS dashboard for the project and furnishing all required documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with execution team:
- Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Conduct project meetings and document the discussions.
- Candidate Mobilization, counselling, attendance, assessments and placements.
- Maintain MIS Dashboards
- Utilize project management tools to track project progress and manage tasks.
- Data entry and upload required data on portal.
- Developing presentations and reports for project tracking.
- Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risks and take proactive measures to minimize their impact.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
